 = Yes, we have facilities in Illinois, Indiana, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, and Wisconsin to service our customers

What are your standard credit terms?

- With approved credit our standard terms are Net 20 days from date of invoice

Do you export any of your products outside of the United States?

- Yes, we do export our Ridgeland Cellulose Fiber and Ridgeland Anti-Cake Blends to Canada, Mexico, Central & South America as well Asia

Do you offer delivery options?

- Yes! We can offer several options on delivery from pallet orders all the way up to dry and liquid bulk trucks

I require technical help and troubleshooting with my formula, does Sweetener Supply offer assistance?

- Yes! We have a food scientist on staff who can assist with your need

Is Sweetener Supply kosher certified?

- All products and facilities are audited and certified by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc)

Are your facilities fist come first served or is an appointment required?

- All of our facilities require appointments for pick up and deliveries. Please email appts@sweetenersupply.com to request a time
