Founded in February 1990, Sweetener Supply began at a kitchen table selling food ingredients including sugars, corn sweeteners, salts, starches, food grade chemicals and dairy products. Over the past three decades, we have transformed into a leading manufacturer of food ingredients with a strong focus on manufacturing of sugars, corn sweeteners, honey, molasses, liquid sweetener blending, cellulose fiber, & anti-cake solutions.

      With manufacturing facilities in five states including Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, and Nevada. Our Brookfield Illinois facility stands as the cornerstone of our operations, bringing together our administrative, customer service, executive, procurement, and logistics teams on one dynamic campus.
