Founded in 1990 primarily as a distributor of sugars and corn sweeteners, Sweetener Supply evolved into a manufacturer of food ingredients. Our growing family of brands is widely recognized throughout North America.

In 2002 Chicago based Delicious Foods Corporation was acquired and whose tradition of premium honey & molasses products dates back to the early 1900's. The Delicious family continues to grow with the expansion of our honey processing facilities making us one of the largest industrial and food service honey packers in North America.

2008 introduced Ridgeland Fiber to the global market and added much needed capacity and technical expertise.  With this introduction, Sweetener Supply became one of only a few manufacturers of cellulose fiber in the world.  In 2012, a second cellulose facility was opened in Elkhorn Wisconsin to meet the growing demand. This functional plant based ingredient offers a wide ride range of benefits in the dairy, baked goods and pet nutrition industries.

Nevada became a little sweeter in 2017 with the opening of our Reno facility allowing us to service the Western United States with our growing family of products.

In 2021 our Wolcott Indiana manufacturing & distribution center opened featuring over 200,000 square feet of rail access warehousing as well as our newest state of the art powdered cellulose milling and blending facillity.

Our next chapter begins as we enter our 35th anniversary when our newest facility in North Carolina opens.
